With most memory timings (except burst length and bank interleave) lower is better.

Thus #1 is the best for performance.
Beware though that #1 mem timings are quite harsh, so make sure the ram runs properly with those settings first (use MEMTEST86)

Tey are just more memory timings.
2T or 1T are usully called "command rate" timings.. whatever they are.

memory timings...2-2-2-5-T1 ( cant remember all of it but the 1st 2 is the cas latency, the last one is the timing, others are RAS and other 3 letter words which dont mean much 2 me :-)

no 2 then no 1 are the fastest ones... but U will need top notch CL2 memory to do it stabily...

these invalid ones are far too commonplace...
