Aftre reading about "Laser Squad: Nemesis", I reminded me of another
game that I tried back in the 90's I believe. If I recall correctly,
it was a shareware title that let you play a squad of space marines
and was turn based.
Believe it was more top-down rather than isometric but not positive.

Wasn't "Incubation" or any of official Games Workshop games (i.e.
Space Crusade, Space Hulk, etc.) but 40k enthusiasts at the time
really enjoyed it.
I don't think it was the original Laser Squad (according to the
pictures I've seen of that game's graphics), but I could be wrong.
It also did not have a major publisher, was more of a word of mouth
type thing.

Any help appreciated,
E.G.

Maybe BREACH - the original turn based squad game.
