I tried to update my PRL using *2 and it wouldn't take my request. I
said "PRL update." I talked to two representatives and they were both
such idiots that they couldn't even tell what the current PRL should be.

They just referred me back to the automated system, which doesn't work.

Now, shouldn't the CS people have a list that would show the current PRL?

Has anybody else had trouble making the automatic system work?

What is the current PRL number?

There is no "automatic" system.

Talk to a Rep and ask to have your phone "flagged."

10025. As Notan said, just call CS back and ask them to flag your account,
if you have a lower PRL number. You will need to be in strong coverage area
(3 to 4 bars showing), but you will be able to update your PRL within 10
minutes or so.
