I take my laptop to my mothers house next door but one, and it picks up internet OK. Which would be the best for doing this netbook or chromebook.

I take my laptop to my mothers house next door but one, and it picks up internet OK. Which would be the best for doing this netbook or chromebook.

All netbook radios are pretty weak so choosing one over the other won't really help. You may want to consider getting a wireless repeater.
