Memory and FSB

Does memory dictate the speed of FSB ?

I have Crucial DDR2100 (2x256) going into a new AOpen board with XP1700+ 'B'.

I have to set the FSB via a jumper on the board...options are 100/133/166 and I can then advance the setting in the BIOS.

Which speed should I choose as a starting point ?
