Locking folder view for CD-ROM

Hi. I am trying to create a DVD-ROM and I want it to look the same on the desktop for everyone, so I want to be able to lock:

1. Folder view in icon view
2. Icon positions and size

Is there anyway to do this with the desktop.ini file or some other permanent way? The DVD-ROM is being authored on a Mac, so a hidden file like desktop.ini would be the best option here.

The only way to do this is to write your own interface in a programming language, or maybe a web page front-end to the contents of the CD. If it's viewable in Windows, they can change the view if it's a regular folder setup.

Web page won't be that bad to do, just set it as an autorun and make it a simple page with images that link to the contents. Just make sure you don't use drive letters as the shortcuts because if you point a file to D:\folder1 and their CD drive is E, your link won't work. Use relative paths.
