Anybody know how i can unlock my Ericsson 380s?

Any tools required for that?

you will need a data cable for this.
get the software to unlock the phone from www.mobile.box.sk

I unlocked my Siemens S25 with software I found there and it worked great for me!

Well, the cable came with the phone!
As for the software, i can´t find a single piece for the R380s!
I just need to change my IMEI number!

I'm not sure if this is possible at all since the IMEI is supposed to be UNIQUE for each phone.
try some of the all-round progs on the site like the Ericsson Workshop.
