Have a Dell 8200 Inspiron L/top.

Quest# 1:

Have the below video card and driver. Is this the latest driver for the card?

Mobility Radeon, ATI,9000,64mb

Driver: ATI 2dvag.dll
Version: 6.13.10.6133

Quest #2: Have a Wingman Extreme J/stick (not a USB connector). On my desk top I connect it to my sound card port.
Cannot find one on the laptop.

Is there anyway to connect a stick to a 8200??

Answer1: No, the latest drivers are available on the dell support site under downloads, or you can get similar ones from www.s-seven.net. The new ones are 6.14.1.6292.

Answer2: I have a Microsoft SideWinder Precision Pro that i'd like to connect to my 8200, but I haven't found a way yet! sorry, maybe someone else will have an idea. There may be an adapter somewhere, but I have never seen one.

Try a joystick with a USB interface.

Would this connector work? My j/stik is a 15 pin male. So, plug it into the female connector end and the male connector into the laptop??????

At a guess I would say yes. But I make no guarantee`s as I just havnt done it myself. But in theory it should work.
