Jeez, the C37's and the KM56's might be nice, but I don't wanna insult the
guy... Of course, if you can lose the bits that make your M49 work, you
can't be TOO bright.

You list stuff for sale on rec.audio.pro, but won't put an asking price on
it. You explicitly state in your post that your price is 'retail', that is
what a broker would sell the item for, yet you want offers.. But you also
state that you'll ignore lowballers, without any indication of what you
consider a 'lowballer' to be. And while I'm thinking about it, you've
managed to misplace the power cable and the clip to an M49 'possibly during
a move'. Considering that you can't USE the mic without those things, it
does seem to be a bit thick of you.


What have I missed? Besides, apparently, the chance to buy some mics....

Certainly they can, and that is often exactly what happens here when
someone posts something for sale and states an asking price.

Now if you don't know how or where you lost some parts of a pretty good
mic, rendering it useless until those are replaced, one might even
wonder how you came to own the mic in the first place.

Of course, since you have "mastering" in your addy, maybe you have no
real interest in working mics anyway.
