That video feed they display on the screens at Comp USA is so horrible-looking (and so low-resolution) that you couldn't possibly use it to gauge quality of monitors.
One of their sales people explained to me that the loop they're displaying is all paid advertising, they're contractually obligated by vendors to leave it running. Whatever financial benefits that arrangement might have must be offset to some degree by fewer monitor sales.
I read the tomshardware article and it only listed 25ms 19". I know of only philips, viewsonic, sharp out in the US with 19" 16ms & lower. And of those only viewsonic has dvi.
In other countries there is benq & nec that have 19" 12ms w/dvi.
