Webcam

Hello, I can't figure out how to get my ASUS VirtualCamera to come up on my new laptop. I'll click "open" to open it, but it will never come up or turn my webcam, the webcam will only come on through a third party source like Facebook. How do I fix this?

if the webcam works with facebook but not the asus virtualcamera software then it is the virtualcamera software that is either not configured properly or not working. You can contact asus about it or see if they have a newer version of the software. as long as the camera itself is working replacing the software is not a big deal.
