Let me clear this up for you Joel!
Josh is completely and 100% responsible for the charges.
want proof ? Pls do read the actual contract/terms of service before
making another uneducated comment. where do you find them? they are
regularly updated on the sprint pcs website. here is a link for you
if your having trouble :
what Josh entered into is called an implied agreement so no matter how
much he wants to see somethign he singed all sprint has to do is that
he used the services or made even a single payment on them and he is
bound as fully to the terms and conditions as if he had singed it in
blood.
let me just qoute here ::"If you use our Services or make any payment
to us on or after the effective date of the changes, you accept the
changes.""::the word "changes" automatically includes the setup since
the creation of service is a change in the relation ship of the
company and the customer.
so Josh is completely and fully responsible for that termination fee
untill the day he declares bankruptcy or dies.
