I am using dell vostro1015.In my laptop i cannot turn on bluetooth and under device manager in other devices there is unknown device with yellow exclamation mark

Then go to http://www.dell.com or your country's local Dell website, click on Support and Drivers then input the Service Tag reference which is printed on your Vostro case. Follow the link to the drivers for the equipment that was installed in your machine - it's the safest driver download place to go.
