I had heard that a Sprint phone will work in many parts of Canada. What
about the PCS Vision? Can it work so I can check email or browse web
sites?

Should work fine. Bell Canada and Telus Mobility both use CDMA.

Vision will not work outside the SPCS coverage area.

I drive to Canada weekly from the US. My Vision service only works when I'm
very close to the US border.
