The "Clan des Officiers" ("Clan of the Officers" in english), the first
website in french dedicated to Officers, opens its doors by inaugurating its
forum. A complete website will follow in October.

To the program : information about the game, the craftiness and especially,
later, the organization of battle in network with nice people.

The "Clan of the Officers" is players' website independent from the official
website and from 3A Games.

It seems to be a fan page for the game "Kombat" by 3A Games. It was renamed
to "Officers" and is a WW2 RTS ... release date was Q2 2005, but not sure
what happened to it. Gamespot has some screenshots:
