huhwhat? what bluetooth device? bluetooth device's name is needed.
use google search to find the bluetooth device manufacturer's website, open the manufacturer website, do to their driver section, find out the appropriate driver for your device, download it.

i meant that - what is the device called? what did you connect that is showing error code 43?
try the windows troubleshooter (if your os is windows 7)
