I bought the LCD and 3years service plan(US$59 )from the "Best buy",and the saleman told me that if there is anything wrong, I can return to fix;that is why I bought the service plan. but when I took my LCD to the "Best Buy" customer service, the Manager told me that there is only three red dots ONLY, YOU NEED AT LEAST 9 DEAD PIEXLS TO BE QUALIFIED, if you still want to send it to fix, you can get the unfixed LCD back, and be charged on shipping. I feel vey upset and F........., so is there any way to create 6 more death pixels to be qualified the Best Buy service plan?
thanks

Sure, hit the screen really hard. That should break some pixels.

Hump it vigorously for 30 mins. If the glass doesn't break and cut ur manhood off, there should be a good amount of dead pixels.

If I were you (and I'm glad I'm not) thinking about this then I would take a sewing pin and a small hammer and with some but not a lot of force punch out the little pixels.

You could try the shotgun approach, but it might void the warranty.
