5 1 surround sound drivers for windows 7 download

There is no option of 5.1 surround in speaker setup in Windows 7, but same option is available & also working properly in Windows XP.

We want your tips to solve my problem,

Do the following:

right click on speaker icon in taskbar, select Playback devices, in popup window (Playback tab) what do you see? - if there is >1 playback device you might need to select the one that offers 5.1..........

If 5.1 is available for any icon in this window you will be able to select it by single clicking the icon (e.g. speaker) then clicking on Configure (bottom of popup window) and selecting that option on the new window. You should also be able to Test it here (Test button) - make sure you do this and can hear the test sound from each speaker. Make sure this is the Default playback device - if not, you can set it in the previous window.
