Dual Channel DDR Memory ??

Hi,
I have an Asus A7N8X Deluxe motherboard. I looked in the manual for the dual DDR settings, but how do I know if the memory is running in dual channel? I have 2 sticks of Corsair 256 MB Cas 2.0 DDR 400. I put the memory in slots 1 and 3, according to the manual. In PC Mark 2002, I only got 3963 for the memory. I am running the memory at 400 MHz. Anybody with my kind of system, let me know what kind of benchmarks you are getting?
