Looking for wireless options, new build

Hello!

I am building a new gaming PC on Thursday (parts are in the mail now). I just realized last night that I will not be able to run a network cable to the desk. So, I will be needing a wireless alternative. I already have Wi-Fi in the house, that's no problem. What I would like to know is, what is the best option for enabling Wi-Fi on a new desktop? Should I buy a card and install it with the rest of the components? Or, should I look into a USB adapter?

I am going to be using the PC for online gaming, Mostly Battlefield 3, Neverwinter Nights, Elder Scrolls, Guild Wars 2, etc.

Thanks!

Your best best is to get a high power wifi adapter.

    this one:
    http://www.amazon.com/Amped-Wireless-Wireless-300N-Adapter-UA600/dp/B004MDWCCA

is highly recommended on lots of sites and you can even upgrade the antenna on it.

why aren't you able to run a cable though?
