Problems backing up Boot Drive

Hi, I am trying to backup my C drive so that I can RAID 2 SSD's, but when I try to go to the windows backup software it includes my F: drive as a System drive. Any ideas how to fix this? I believe it may be because my Internet Explorer Cache folder is there. I try to delete it and it says It is in use by the Operating System. I try to move the folder to my C: drive and delete it on the F: drive and I still get the same error. I don't know why. Could this be the reason Windows backup is trying to backup both drives? I'm not sure if the internet explorer cache is the reason, or maybe it could be something else, like my MBR is on that drive? Help please! TIA.
