Don't know. Verizon used to charge 15, but only in some markets. They finally
backed down and now you only get charged airtime no matter where you are -
actually, you get charged double airtime, but I'm ok with that, since there is
an incoming call *and* an outgoing call involved, and the cost to the customer
is still generally much less than 15 cents per minute (if you're not over your
minutes).
