lost partition after installation window 7

Hello,
I have 3 partitions B, C, D but after I installed window 7 ultimate 32 bit, it lost one partition B
so how can I get partition back?

have you looked in Disk Management (via control panel , Admin Tools, Computer Management)
to see if partition exists but does not have a drive letter allocated

use of B: is very unusual as it is reserved for floppy disk drive not hard disk partition
Which partition was Windows installed to ?
