Moving profile from OEM W7 HDD in CompA to retail W7 in CompB?

Objective: Upgrade to a new build with a new W7 activation while keeping all my user settings and installed files.

Issue: The old build has an OEM license, so I can not directly transfer it to the new motherboard. I need a way to transfer my data, but not the license.

Bonus Question: Can I do a fresh install of the OEM W7 license on the old computer so I can sell it?

Recommendations
1. Clean install Windows on your new build, drivers, Anti virus, manually transfer settings/data from old machine.
2. Use the Win7 installation disk to format and re-install Windows on your old machine, drivers etcetera. If there is any 'sensitive' material on your old HDD consider a more thorough format, like using UBCD to write '1's thoughout.
