Hello,
I have a Hauwell mobile connection and used to receive this message. What is the type of my network is it public or home ? Another question why is the DHCP is always on the (NO) Please helpe

DHCP is needed in networked multiple pc where the router assign the the ip to each pc automatically. U don't need DHCP if u manually configure each pc ip...

(hehe i'm only know about DHCP at that far, for more depth ask the other....).

Your connection likely a home not public. but u doesn't need to worry about it, home network has more loose security and restriction than public network.
u can manually configure it later to suit your needs.......
