Is it possible to transfer files over a WiFi network to my Tungsten C?
I can websurf over WiFi w/o incident, so I know the networking is
"working" to some extent. But is there no way for me to move say a
photo or Excel doc to my Tungsten C from my desktop (w/o having to
connect a cradle or install any Palm PC software)?

If you can find it, SMBMate works quite well. It used to be free, and
then went commercial. They did a good job of scrubbing the net of the
free version, but some places still have it.

It is commercial, but FilePro works great!
