My employees and i have used the Find it link on pcs vision everyday to
access the yellow pages and the white pages, for about three years. Now
they removed the white pages. Are they idiots? everyone needs the white
pages. This will not increase my usage of 411. It will only make me switch
to another provider.

Directory Assistance is $1.25 a call.

I use infone (www.infone.com) for 89¢ a call instead. I originally
signed up to help a friend get one of those "Free iPod!" deals (it
actually worked) and planned on canceling immediately. Well, I've had
it for about 6 months now, and I have no intention of canceling.

They'll give you a number or address just like DA, but they'll also give
you turn-by-turn driving instructions, buy movie tickets, etc.. It's
handy. They once gave me step-by-step directions to a DHL drop box that
I had spent 20 minutes trying to find on my own.

Anyway, it's an excellent service -- consider it. It's cheaper, and
Sprint won't get any extra money.
