VS-1680 Roland & loops

My friend has a Roland VS-1680 and we've taken it out of storage to put it
to good use. However, we're not too familiar with the machine and I thought
I'd post a question here. We'd like to use loops (.wav files) and I was
wondering how we can get them into the machine. Has anyone come up with a
creative and effective way to download .wav files for creating loops? A link
would be fine: I imagine this question's been asked frequently. We would
just appreciate a way to get them into the machine without data loss.
