How to contact SPCS Retention

Greetings,

How do you get transferred to a Business Retention representative?

I've tried telling Claire "Retention," and "Business Retention," and "Cancel Service," and
it always ends up with me spinning my wheels around a low-level CSR who has no imagination
and limited choice of options at their disposal.

How do I get a real retention rep on the line, someone who is able to grok my situation,
and responds with considerate and intelligent dialog?
