Sony t608 owners -- ringtone question

Does the t608 include a ringtone of System of a Down's "toxicity"? I
mean, is it pre-loaded into the phone? what about Independent Woman
from Destiny's Child?

My supposedly 'brand new' phone has both, so I'm wondering if the person
I bought it from is trying to deceive his buyers.
