Rebates for add-a-phone??

I have the old and valueable $85/2000 minutes with a free shared second
line. Having read postings here, I know how easy it is for CS to
"accidentally" screw up one's plan and I want to avoid that.

After getting this plan, a few years ago I added a third line for $20.
On the Sprint upgrade site, when I plug in the phone numbers for the
"free" second line and the $20 third line, it says I am eligible for an
upgrade for both. Since neither of these phones is on a plan costing
$34.99 or higher, will they allow me to upgrade by extending the
original $85 plan, or will they require these phones to move to new
higher cost plans? Thanks.
