Hello,

My brother has recently bought one of these soundcards. He installed
it with no problems; however, all attempts to play anything through it
have been met with a severe latency of well over a second.

We have run a test using the Asio Multimedia Setup in Cubase and
everything is fine (he uses Cubase for recording). We used Echo's 3G
Console mixer to run a test. We played a note on the keyboard which
registered on the Console Analog Input lever meter instantly, although
we did not hear a sound until a second later. More tellingly,
perhaps, was the fact that there was no sound registering on the
Analog Output level meters at all.

This led me to assume that somehow the output signal was being routed
through the computers internal sound card. Is this possible? If so,
how does one rout the signal back into the Echo's own outputs?

Hope someone is able to help here.

Thanks

Stephen Butler
