I got mixed feelings on this one.

The city has valid points, but I think he, as a psychologically imbalanced man did not deserve to be mistreated this way. At the very least dismissing the case's costs would've been fair trial to me.

I disagree with how they called him disabled though, I think it's an improper usage of the word. But I also tend to sympathize with his problems.

He should have consulted a good lawyer who would have told him that he did not have a case. Maybe he actually did that and then decided to pursue the case himself, in which case I completely agree with the thread title.
