i am after a sata to parallel ata converter dongle. i have seen several, with the cheapest (and most availible to me in the uk) is the one from asustek. now i have an albatron mobo with a promise raid controller on board. my question is: will the asus dongle work with non asus boards and/or is there a better/cheaper option that i havent spotted.
please tell me if there's any other info you need.
