Connecting a wireless router to GPON terminal

As long as the GPON terminal has an ethernet port, yes.

GPON is just another internet deliver method. You cannot directly connect a wireless router to this network since it is fiber based. They do make wireless routers that are designed to do this but they are almost always provided and operated by the ISP. The ISP will deliver some type of ONT device and you can hook a router to that.
