if you have lost your mobile phone, contact your local law enforcement authority, provide proof of ownership when asked.
additionally, contact your cell service provider and mobile phone manufacturer's customer service, inform them that you lost your mobile phone. again, provide proof of ownership when asked. if you had stored your mobile phone's data backed up in a cloud service, you might be able to recover them.
bottom line, ask your cell service provider and local law enforcement for help.

report it to the police/your phone company. loom for your call history on you account online or on your next bill. if its an android phone use plan B to track it.
