Wireless network (File sharing using Static Ip)

I have a TP-LINK Wireless N Router & Wireless USB Adapters model no (TL-WR740N / TL-WR740ND) & (tl-wn722n)with a built-in antenna. I want to share files/folders among 5 computers using static Ip address, in every Wireless USB Adapter installed on each 5 computers.I don't have Internet connection available on this Router, How can I do that.

you do not need internet connection the DHCP of the router should still be enough to receive an IP and do file sharing.

I tried that but it did'nt worked , Iam using win7 64bit ver , and Under Network I suppose to see all other computers but I dont see them I have made my firewall settings as trusted for this connection. Also I am using static Ip for all my USB Adapters. Will you please elaborate this in details.

Yes they are member of the same Group.
