I currently have a Western Digital 80 GB w/8 MB buffer. If I were to add another identical drive in RAID 0, would I have to reformat and put XP back on? I was looking at a Promise Fastrax 2000 RAID card. Anybody have any experiences with these cards?

Yeah, you need to reformat the raid array which means it would wipe your old HD. So if you have files that need to be backup, do so before you create the array.
