Problems with running both Maxtor and WD?

I just bought a new Maxtor 80GB 7200RPM 8MB cache Ultra ATA/133 HD. The hard drive i upgraded from was a much older Western Digital 15GB 7200RPM ATA66.

So my question is would there be any complications or performace issues if i had both of these drives installed and running together? I have an Epox 8K3A+ motherboard.

There really shouldnt be, provided you jumper them correctly as master and slave.
Ive ahd my 800JB and D740X as master/slave for a while no problems. Then i changed to have each on its own cable.
