One access point working fine, another unstable

I work in a small office/production building and lately we have been having problems with an unstable connection. We are using a Meraki MR24 access point in our warehouse, the connection always starts out strong but sooner or later everyone will briefly lose connection and the AP goes away, then comes back and we're reconnected at excellent connection again.

Interestingly enough, everyone is able to connect to a ~$40 netgear router in a closet just fine with no issues, however, we'd obviously rather be using the Meraki AP. We have an open support ticket with Meraki but I was just wondering if anyone could shed some light on the issue if they had any experience, possibly a setting change in the Meraki Dashboard could do the trick?

Thanks!

Could simply be interference from competing devices on the same freq/channel. That's why any on-site tech support person worth their salt would bring a spectrum analyzer with them rather than just guessing or assuming all is well.
