Nforce2 Memory

Hi'Ya,
I find it very interesting that most of the Nforce2 board manufacturers recommend the various lower pc2700/3200 memory brands, while looking at the mem sites, only the highest and priciest memories are recommended. Not only that, but they "Do Not Recommend" any other than their top memory not even for non overclockers (Mushkin, Corsair). The price between the highest and normal mem is quite large. This mem buying is quite frustrating. Any comments?

It can be one of many things. Maybe a business hookup, also they may not test all the brands and only list what they know works.

No nforce2 makers list OCZ memory, and Ive had amazing results and overclocking.
