twin mos or spectek

hi , i have the choice of buying any these two ram which i will use for overclocking my new p4 2.4ghz 533 which has an asus p4pe m/b in which i wants to hit 2.8ghz will any one of these two rams be to the task??
1-Twin Mos 512ddr 333
2-Spectek 512ddr 333

I haven't heard of the second one... But twinmos is defenitely quality ram...
