Hello,I recently had to replace my bt homehub with a new one. Since then i have not been able to print from my laptop using wi fi or a USB. Printer is still installed on laptop, but connection unavailable????
If you were using wireless before, you would need to install the driver fresh for using it as a USB connection.
When your gateway was replaced did you give the printer a static address (or reserved dynamic address) that was identical to the old address? If not, delete the printer from the laptop, give the printer an address in the router that is the same as what is set in the printer and then reinstall the printer driver on the laptop.
