Is there any new news regarding Sprint and BMW bluetooth phones. The T608
is nolonger available and neither Sprint or BMW seems to be working to get
any of the new phones compatable. Both of them say it is the others fault.
I always thought that Sprint was a technology leader but in this case they
are just following ... and are falling behind. My dealer just keeps saying
to drop Sprint and pick up one of the Cingular phones that work...

Don't know about BMWs but I paired up my LG-325 with my 2005 Acura RL's
Bluetooth system and the phone works very nicely thru the car's system.

You will be disappointed with Cingular's network as compared to Sprint's and
you will also be disappointed in the Cingular prices especially if you need
unlimited data access. Why worry about the Bluetooth? I would just get the
best Sprint Phone that is available and not be concerned about the BT
features. You could always trade your car in for a VW :and the problem goes
away. :-) You are aleady on the best cellular carrier/network with Sprint,
do you really want to go to Cingular?
