i've scsi adapter card on d845wn, this is a adaptec 6910 scsi adapter connected to a seagate barracuda 36 gb hdd,

i tried to format this hdd from adapter bios utility after that the hdd is no longer detected by fdisk and seagate format utility and win2k setup, only scsi controller is detecting the hdd, how can i revert back from low level format state pls help
