Shortcuts on RL-7300 phone, email attachments?

I recently got this phone and am frustrated when trying to change the
ringers. I had Nextel (Motorola i730) and on that phone I could have
different "Styles" where I could save various settings (ring tones,
colors, backgrounds, etc) in a style. I created a "Work" style that
made voice mail notifications, email notifications, text pages, and the
ringer all vibrate rather than beep or ring. I had another style that I
used that had musical/audible alerts for these things. To make a
change, I would press a shortcut button, select the style, and press
"OK" to make the change. Do you know if you can do anything like this
with the RL-7300? Even if there is a quick way to set all email, text,
rings, etc to vibrate by holding down a certain key or pressing a key
combo shortcut to set all to vibrate that would be great. The only
thing I have been able to accomplish so far is use the side button to
set the ringer to vibrate......but the other notifications still ring.
Any suggestions on this are appreciated. I can't find anything on
Sprint's website or in the manual about this.

One other question, is it possible to view email attachments on this
phone? I'm trying to figure a way to email myself a picture (from
regular email) and use it as wallpaper on the phone. Is this possible?
