What is the cheapest GOOD case you can buy, has to be much cheaper than the antec lanboy at 96$ and needs to have at least a decent 350w ps... any suggestions?

The cheapest good cases you can buy are made by Inwin. Inwin uses Power Man power supplies, even a 300W unit puts out more power than most "decent" 350W supplies.
