> The Star and the Crescent - the Arab-Israeli wars 1956-2009
From a quick glance at the site it seems that the game will not cover the
1967 war. Strange.
[ In addition to a suite of historical scenarios covering the battles of
1956 and the October War in 1973, we have also included a couple of
hypothetical scenarios covering potential battles that could very possibly
occur in the next decade.]

This has to be a pencigraphical-type mistake. Nobody could call their
game "1956 - 2009" when they were consciously omitting the 1967 war, the
1982 business ... etc.
If the scenario list *is* as described above, they should probably
change the title to: THE STAR AND THE CRESCENT - THE ARAB-ISRAELI WARS
IN 1956, 1973, AND A HASTY REDRESS OF THE 1956 AND 1973 SCENARIOS WITH
MODERN WEAPONS.

What? Is this a joke?
New Game:
"Modern Warfare, 1925 - 1950. Does not include World War 2"

Guyes, don't jump to conclusions too quickly - I've just posed the
question in the forum - I'll report back here - might just be a
misunderstanding/typo/duh-well-obviously-the-1967-war-is-in-there

Hi,
A quick response by developer Curt Pangracs :
"There is one scenario from 1956 (Bir Gifgafa), one from 1967(Attack on
Jenin), one from early 1973 (Rafid), eight scenarios from the Yom
Kippur war, and two hypotheticals from 2009. I may include something
from 1982 if there is enough "outcry", but there are no plans as of
right now.
You have me thinking about doing a 1982 scenario now...BLAST!!"

*One* from 1967? *One* from 1956?
Yikes.
This is thin, indeed. I think basic honesty suggests they need to
change the title to YOM KIPPUR WAR. Two pre-1973 scenarios and two
hypotheticals hardly justify that "1956-2009" schtick.
