Go into the BIOS, make sure your hard-drive is seen. If it is, check the boot order in the BIOS make sure it's listed. If the drive is not seen, reseat the cables. If that does not work, try different data and a different power cable also. If THAT does not work, your drive is probably dead. Remove it, get an external USB case for it, see if another computer will read it.
