RAM's BANK

Hey there, i'm currently using 2x256MB Apacer PC2100 DDR SDRAM CL2
1 is Double-Bank type and the other is Single-Bank type...
May i know what's the differences between these Single-Bank and Double-Bank type...
Is there any differences in speed or anything???
Do they perform well together???
Which Slot should i slot on? Single-Bank at BANK0 and Double-Bank at BANK1 (my current slot)???

I've PCMark it and found not much differences...
i guess Single-Bank RAM is a just a new technology...
the performance vice is still the same...
